Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales and manage volume-based accounts within the wholesale FMCG market in Dubai. This role requires hands-on experience with Baqalas, cash & carry outlets, and open markets—especially in the Deira region. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of wholesale dynamics, excellent customer relationships, and a strong track record in field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle key wholesale accounts, focusing on volume and relationship-based sales
Build and maintain strong connections with Baqalas, open markets, and cash & carry businesses
Execute sell-in, sell-through strategies, display management, and track promotions effectively
Identify new sales opportunities and routes for expanding product visibility and penetration
Achieve monthly sales targets and reporting KPIs in a fast-paced environment
Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams for smooth delivery and stock planning
Provide market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
Desired Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in the UAE FMCG wholesale or retail sales market
Strong network and familiarity with Modern Trade, Cooperative markets, and Wholesale channels
Proficient in sales tracking, POS display execution, and market penetration techniques
Self-motivated, result-driven, and adaptable to field-based operations
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
