Position: Senior Sales Executive – Ironmongery Hardware

Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for ironmongery and architectural hardware products across the UAE market.
Focus on project-based sales, building and managing relationships with property developers, consultants, contractors, and door/window manufacturers.
Utilize extensive ironmongery expertise to advise clients on product selection, technical specifications, and compliance for commercial and residential projects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client meetings, and professional networking within the construction industry.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and quotation to negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and to provide market feedback on product development.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years of proven sales experience, with a demonstrated background in selling ironmongery or architectural hardware through project sales in the UAE.
Strong technical knowledge of door/window hardware, locking systems, and related construction products.
Established network and a proven record of working successfully with property developers and consultants.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
