Position: Senior Sales Executive – Glass Hardware
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Hardware ( Glass)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for architectural and project glass products within the UAE.
Drive project sales by actively engaging with key stakeholders, including property developers, consultants, main contractors, and fit-out companies.
Leverage extensive experience in glass manufacturing to provide technical consultation, present product solutions, and manage specifications for large-scale projects.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive networking, lead generation, and relationship management in the construction sector.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, tenders, and contracts, ensuring profitable deals and long-term client partnerships.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance market presence.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record in project sales within the glass manufacturing or construction materials industry in the UAE.
Deep understanding of architectural glass products, applications, and the project specification process.
Established network and proven ability to engage with property developers and consultants.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
