Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Identify sales opportunities and analyze customer needs.
- Lead Generation: Source potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Engagement: Schedule meetings with prospects to present products and services.
- Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations to showcase uniform offerings.
- Negotiation: Close sales deals by negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen ties with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.
- Stock Management: Ensure product availability for sales and demonstrations.
- Event Representation: Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote products.
- Feedback Collection: Gather insights from customers to support continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably dealing with schools and educational institutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (spoken Arabic is preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and market trends.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
