Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients, effectively communicating our product’s technological capabilities, and driving business growth. This role requires strong technical acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to meet sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, contact, and follow up with potential clients to understand their business needs.
Present and articulate technical capabilities to prospective clients, ensuring they understand our product’s value.
Partner with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Achieve sales and collection targets as per the business plan.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Secure factory approvals and vendor registrations for participation in mega projects.
Provide technical demonstrations and general technical support to clients.
Ensure accurate sales reporting, lead tracking, and forecasting in the ERP system.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Sales and collection target achievement.
Year-on-year business growth.
New account acquisitions and vendor approvals.
Lead conversion and customer retention metrics.
Reporting accuracy and forecast reliability.

Desired Qualifications & Competencies:
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within an engineering or technical domain.
Experience in sales of air distribution devices, diffusers and grills

Skills:
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to discuss and explain complex technical concepts.
Willingness to travel for business opportunities.
Proficiency in Arabic (preferred) and English.
