Position: Sales Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect, acquire, and manage new B2B accounts, including distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients within the UAE and potentially GCC region.

Service and grow existing accounts through regular contact, relationship management, and strategic upselling of the perfume portfolio.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation, presentation, and closing techniques.

Conduct product knowledge sessions and presentations for clients and partners.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for the sales management team.

Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and promotional support for clients.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2-3 years of proven B2B or wholesale sales experience, ideally in the FMCG, perfumery, beauty, or consumer goods sector.

A strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of acquiring new business.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.
