Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, develop, and close new business with construction companies, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors across the UAE market.

Demonstrate and sell a specialized suite of construction management software, including Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).

Understand client construction workflows and pain points to effectively map software solutions for document control, site operations, labor productivity, and project lifecycle management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and project management sector.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting solutions designed to help teams improve efficiency, control costs, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Collaborate with technical teams to structure solutions that meet the specific needs of various construction stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction software (e.g., EDMS, PMIS, BIM), SaaS, or technology solutions for the engineering/construction sector.

Strong understanding of construction project processes, stakeholders, and common industry challenges.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
