Position: Retail Operations Supervisor
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage retail operations across 5 stores in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ensuring consistent brand standards and operational excellence.

Attend global exhibitions and trade shows to develop and strengthen relationships with international distributors.

Collaborate with global distributors to align luxury retail operations with brand policies and guidelines.

Support and enforce brand policies and operational procedures together with distribution partners.

Manage end-to-end retail operations processes, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store compliance.

Analyze retail sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Oversee category and product management, ensuring optimal product mix and availability across all stores.

Support and supervise brand marketing activities, including in-store promotions and campaign execution.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

2-3 years of minimum experience in luxury perfume retail, preferably in a supervisory or operational role.

Presentable and professional appearance with strong communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Willing to travel internationally and possess a strong understanding of global retail dynamics.

Good understanding of brand management principles to effectively execute retail operations.

Proven experience in collaborating with distributors and retailers.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
