Position: Retail Floor Supervisor

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Floor Supervisor to oversee day-to-day store operations, lead a team of frontline staff, and ensure smooth stock and inventory management. This role plays a key part in maintaining brand standards, boosting retail sales, and supporting both customer satisfaction and team performance across retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and motivate frontline retail staff
Ensure smooth store operations, opening/closing procedures, and shift scheduling
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock movement, and coordinate with warehouse
Ensure visual merchandising, product displays, and price labeling are up to date
Handle customer queries and minor complaints professionally
Conduct spot checks, stock counts, and ensure a clean, safe work environment
Support back-of-house tasks and assist front-of-house during peak times
Maintain proper documentation, stock transfers, and EATEC system postings

Desired Qualifications:
Higher Secondary Education or equivalent
2–4 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment
Strong communication and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with inventory systems (e.g., EATEC)
English fluency; additional languages are a plus
