Overview

Position: Regional Sales Head

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Industry: Perfume Manufacturing | FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share across key territories (e.g., GCC, Levant, Africa, or Asia).

Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, including Area Managers and Key Account Executives, to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with major distributors, key retail accounts, and channel partners to maximize brand presence and sell-through.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies for optimal performance.

Oversee regional sales forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align on product launches, promotional activities, and inventory planning.

Represent the company at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and key business meetings.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role within the perfume, beauty, luxury, or FMCG sector.

Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams and driving revenue growth in a distributor and retail-driven market.

Strong existing network with distributors and key accounts in the region is highly preferred.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is essential.
