Job Title: Project Manager (Civil Engineer) 
Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Experience Required:

Overall: Minimum 10 to 15 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering.

UAE/Dubai: 4-6 years of proven experience in residential tower construction and PMC (Project Management Consultancy) assignments preferably with Developers.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all site construction activities for residential tower projects, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of works.

Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications, and provide engineering solutions when required.

Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, local authority requirements, and international construction standards.

Manage and supervise contractors’ activities, ensuring strict quality control and adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.

Conduct inspections, quality checks, and verification of construction materials and workmanship.

Assist in resolving on-site technical issues, conflicts, and deviations from approved designs.

Prepare documentation, including daily site reports, progress reports, method statements, and quality assurance records.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 10 - 15 years of professional experience, including 4-6 years in Dubai/UAE residential tower construction with Developers.

Experience working with Developers or similar experience in project management companies, for high-rise tower construction.

Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and other UAE authority approvals.

Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with high-rise residential tower projects is a must.

Strong background in quality assurance, safety compliance, and risk management.

Ability to handle multiple contractors and consultants simultaneously.

Knowledge of local procurement and material approval processes.
