Position: Production Manager – Printing & Packaging

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all production operations within a printing and packaging facility serving the perfume and personal care industry.

Oversee end-to-end printing processes including offset printing, flexography, digital printing, and finishing operations (die-cutting, lamination, foiling, embossing).

Manage the production of packaging components such as cartons, boxes, labels, leaflets, and sleeves to meet client specifications.

Plan and schedule production runs to optimize machine utilization, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.

Lead, train, and develop a team of printing supervisors, machine operators, and finishing staff.

Implement stringent quality control checks to ensure all printed materials meet color accuracy, registration, and finishing standards.

Coordinate with pre-press, design, and customer service teams to ensure accurate job specifications and smooth workflow.

Monitor maintenance schedules for printing presses and finishing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve profitability.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of production management experience within a printing and packaging company, ideally serving the perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG sector.

Deep technical knowledge of various printing processes (offset, flexo, digital) and finishing techniques.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to plan production schedules, manage resources, and deliver quality products on time.

Knowledge of color management, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Fluency in English is required.
