Position: Production Manager – Bottle Decoration Plant
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all production operations within a specialized bottle decoration plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Manage end-to-end bottle decoration processes including spraying, silk-screening, hot stamping, metallizing, and labeling.

Lead and supervise a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators to achieve daily and monthly production targets.

Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure decorated bottles meet stringent brand standards and specifications.

Plan production schedules, allocate resources, and optimize workflows to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and operated in compliance with safety standards.

Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials (bottles, paints, inks, etc.).

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve cost-effectiveness.

Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of production management experience, specifically within a bottle decoration, glass processing, or packaging manufacturing plant.

Deep technical knowledge of bottle decoration techniques including spraying, screen printing, hot stamping, and metallization.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams in a manufacturing environment.

Proven ability to plan production schedules, manage resources, and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Fluency in English is required.
