Position: Production Manager

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Industry: Perfume Manufacturing | FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire production process for mid to premium perfumes, ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.

Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet output targets, quality standards, and cost objectives.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and line workers, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Manage production budgets, control manufacturing costs, and analyze variances to identify opportunities for optimization and waste reduction.

Ensure strict adherence to quality control protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and health & safety regulations.

Collaborate closely with Planning, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless material flow and machine uptime.

Drive process improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing principles, and new technology integration to enhance productivity and product quality.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or a related field.

8+ years of proven experience in a production management role within FMCG, cosmetics, perfumery, or pharmaceuticals.

Strong expertise in production planning, lean manufacturing, quality systems, and cost control within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing large teams.

Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for production management and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.
