Position: Production Head
Location: Dubai, DIP (Dubai Investment Park)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Head to oversee and manage operations within a dynamic joinery and fit-out production facility. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in technical services, woodwork manufacturing, and interior fit-out processes. This is a key leadership role requiring strong coordination, production planning, and hands-on operational supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily production operations across joinery and fit-out units
Supervise a team of technicians, carpenters, and support staff to ensure timely project delivery
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams for smooth workflow
Ensure quality control standards are met at every stage of production
Oversee production schedules, inventory levels, and machinery maintenance
Monitor resource utilization and minimize material wastage
Implement HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols on the shop floor
Maintain project documentation and reporting for higher management
Provide technical guidance for complex joinery and fit-out works

Desired Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Interior Fit-Out, or a related field
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in joinery or fit-out production management
Strong understanding of wood manufacturing techniques, finishes, and machinery
Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in production planning tools and basic Microsoft Office applications
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
Previous UAE experience in the same industry is highly preferred
