Overview
Position: Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Ajman, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Design, launch, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across key channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic advertising.
Conduct thorough A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to systematically improve Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), and overall campaign effectiveness.
Perform continuous optimization of campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lower Cost-Per-Click (CPC), Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA), and higher Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights, forecast trends, and provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation and growth.
Manage and allocate significant advertising budgets effectively to maximize customer acquisition and lifetime value (CLV).
Prepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, clearly communicating results and future strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
Proven track record of managing large-scale, data-driven performance marketing campaigns with a demonstrated focus on ROI.
In-depth expertise with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and make swift, informed decisions.
Experience within the e-commerce, fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods sectors is highly advantageous.
