Position: NPD Senior Executive (New Product Development)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end new product development process for perfume and personal care products, from concept to commercialization.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and R&D teams to develop product briefs aligned with market trends and brand strategy.

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and packaging vendors to source raw materials, components, and finished products.

Manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met for successful and timely product launches.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation.

Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance throughout the development cycle.

Prepare and present project updates, cost analyses, and feasibility reports to senior management.

Maintain accurate documentation of all product specifications, formulations, and development records.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in new product development within the perfumes, cosmetics, or personal care industry.

Strong understanding of fragrance development, packaging components, and manufacturing processes.

Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market.

Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Proficiency in English is required.
