Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced NPD Manager – Packaging to lead the development and execution of new product packaging across multiple categories such as fragrances, body sprays, and personal care. This role is critical in ensuring innovation, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance, while managing packaging quality and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end packaging design and development for new SKUs (EDP, EDT, Body Spray, Personal Care).

Coordinate lifecycle management from concept to launch with R&D, QA, Procurement, and Production teams.

Oversee quality control of packaging materials, including testing, inspections, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Maintain packaging documentation, BOMs, specifications, and NPD trackers.

Lead cost optimization and value engineering initiatives through innovative packaging solutions.

Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams for approvals, trials, and seamless production.

Ensure packaging performance through lab trials, sample evaluations, and stability testing.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.

5–7 years of experience in packaging/NPD within fragrance, cosmetics, or personal care.

Strong knowledge of packaging components, materials, and regulatory documentation.

Experience with project management tools, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
