Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Head to lead the company’s brand and digital strategy across multiple retail and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong brand presence, driving digital marketing initiatives, and leading a high-performing team to deliver impactful campaigns that enhance visibility, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to strengthen market presence.

Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising campaigns.

Oversee brand management, product positioning, and creative direction for all marketing materials.

Collaborate with sales, retail, and distribution teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of campaigns and brand consistency.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

8–12 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the retail or distribution sector.

Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and market development.

Strong leadership and communication skills with a creative and analytical mindset.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
