Position: Legal Manager – Manufacturing
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all legal affairs, compliance, and corporate governance within a manufacturing environment.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to manufacturing operations, supply chain, and commercial partnerships.

Ensure compliance with UAE laws, labor regulations, and industry-specific standards.

Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.

Advise senior management on legal risks, regulatory changes, and mitigation strategies.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s or specialization in corporate/commercial law is a plus.

8+ years of legal experience, with a strong background in the manufacturing industry.

In-depth knowledge of UAE commercial, labor, and contract law.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Ability to work independently and provide strategic legal counsel.
