Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor with strong expertise in real estate development to join our dynamic legal team based in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring legal compliance across all real estate projects, supporting the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice on all matters related to real estate development.
Draft, review, and negotiate SPAs, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure complete compliance with Dubai real estate laws and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage all legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Resolve legal disputes and manage litigation concerning real estate development.
Collaborate with internal project teams from project inception to completion to ensure legal soundness.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor of Law from a recognized university.
Proven experience as a Legal Advisor specifically in Dubai's real estate development sector.
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
