Job Overview:
We are looking for Junior Sales Executives to manage key accounts and drive sales growth in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, field-based role responsible for building strong customer relationships, ensuring order accuracy, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily client visits as per the route plan

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Accurately place orders, verify stock levels, and avoid overstocking

Monitor stock expiry dates and follow GRV processes

Coordinate with sales admin and logistics teams for timely deliveries

Collect payments in line with agreed terms and follow up with the finance team

Gather customer feedback and ensure high service standards

Track and report sales performance through weekly/monthly updates

Provide support and product knowledge to customers when needed

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced field environment

Strong math and analytical abilities

Fluency in English and Hindi

People / Soft Skills:
Energetic, friendly, and customer-focused

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong communication and service orientation

Ability to work independently and handle pressure

Desired Qualification:
1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or field sales

Knowledge of dry food products and sales cycle is an advantage

Valid UAE Driving License preferred
