Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and solution-driven IT Manager to lead all aspects of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and cybersecurity operations for a fast-growing fragrance and retail manufacturing business. This role will play a critical part in scaling the company’s digital backbone, ensuring seamless system operations across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP, hybrid IT environments, and e-commerce platform integration, along with a track record of IT leadership in manufacturing, retail, or distribution sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA ERP systems.

Oversee all company-wide IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and networks.

Manage cloud/email platforms such as Google Workspace and Outlook 365 ensuring security, uptime, and user support.

Handle cybersecurity operations including firewalls, antivirus systems, data protection, and compliance.

Support integration between ERP and e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth business operations.

Collaborate with vendors for software/hardware procurement, licensing, and renewals.

Lead and mentor a small IT team, ensuring effective support across locations.

Monitor and maintain system performance, business continuity, and documentation standards.

Partner with leadership on digital transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in IT management, ideally in manufacturing, retail, or distribution environments.

Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA ERP and understanding of e-commerce platform integration.

Solid knowledge of hybrid server infrastructures and cloud-based systems.

Hands-on experience with Windows/macOS, cybersecurity tools, and networking.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
