Hiring: Inventory Controller

Are you an analytical and detail-oriented professional with experience in inventory management? We’re looking for an Inventory Controller to join our team and play a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels, managing purchase orders, and optimizing inventory control processes.

Job Responsibilities:
Set and update reorder levels based on product movement.
Prepare reorder reports for the purchasing department.
Monitor profit margin variations and report them to management.
Update price lists with product additions, deletions, and price fluctuations.
Reconcile system inventory with physical stock and report discrepancies.
Compare supplier pricing and provide recommendations to management.
Track and manage open product inventory purchase orders.
Conduct cycle counts and full inventory audits.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Preferably a graduate with strong analytical and statistical skills.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in inventory control or cost control.

Core Competencies:
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Planning and resource management abilities.
Teamwork, collaboration, and leadership qualities.
Excellent knowledge of retail business and cost analysis.
Ability to interpret product drawings and perform principle costing.
Understanding of import/export documentation and banking procedures.
