Position: Influencer Coordinator
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Industry: Perfumes, Cosmetics & Personal Care

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and recruit relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, serving as the main point of contact for campaigns and collaborations.

Coordinate all aspects of influencer campaigns including briefings, content approvals, contract negotiations, and deliverables tracking.

Manage the end-to-end gifting and seeding program to generate organic buzz and user-generated content.

Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), and prepare post-campaign reports.

Stay updated on influencer trends, emerging talent, and platform algorithm changes within the beauty and lifestyle space.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align influencer content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Maintain an organized database of influencers, contracts, and campaign assets.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, or social media management, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.

Strong network and knowledge of regional influencers, content creators, and trends in the MENA region.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, HypeAuditor).

Creative mindset with a passion for beauty, fragrances, and digital content.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is essential for regional campaigns.
