Position Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR operations for the KSA, supporting both white-collar and blue-collar workforce requirements. The role demands a hands-on HR professional with solid KSA experience in the Manufacturing sector, capable of driving people processes, ensuring legal compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations across all departments and sites in the KSA.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and databases.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management in alignment with company policy.
- Recruitment & Talent Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for KSA-based roles, including blue-collar and sales staff.
- Coordinate with business heads to identify manpower requirements and drive efficient hiring.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners when needed.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee morale, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure a positive and compliant work environment aligned with KSA labor law.
- Performance Management
- Support the implementation of KPIs and annual performance review processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and employee development plans.
- Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies are implemented and adhered to across the organization.
- Maintain compliance with KSA labor laws, visa regulations, and company standards.
- Coordinate with PRO and relevant departments for visa processing, renewals, and employee documentation.
- HR Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, attrition, leave, and manpower cost.
- Provide insights and recommendations for HR planning and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in the KSA.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing is essential.
- Strong knowledge of KSA Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage both white-collar and blue-collar workforce.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to travel or visit sites as business needs require.
