Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Global Marketing Head to lead the company’s strategic marketing initiatives across all regions. This leadership role requires full ownership of brand building, 360° campaigns, and team and agency management to drive global visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end global marketing strategies across multiple brands and regions.

Lead and manage ATL, BTL, PR, and digital campaigns with a strong commercial impact.

Oversee and guide the internal marketing team as well as external agency partnerships.

Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms and sales channels.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and export to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine marketing direction.

Drive innovation and creative storytelling to enhance global brand equity.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.

Proven expertise in running global marketing campaigns across diverse markets.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and agencies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities.

Deep understanding of brand development, consumer behavior, and media planning.
