Position: Global Franchise Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead global franchise expansion for perfume brands across international markets.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners in key regions.

Develop and execute market entry strategies and location selection plans.

Negotiate franchise agreements, terms, and commercial conditions.

Monitor franchisee performance, brand compliance, and growth metrics.

Desired Qualifications:

8+ years of proven experience in franchise development within the luxury retail or perfume industry.

Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

Exposure to multiple international markets and cultural dynamics.

Willingness to travel globally for business development.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
