Position: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Prepare and present accurate management reports, financial statements, and balance sheets to senior leadership.

Manage funds and cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity and working capital management.

Oversee audits, taxation, and compliance with UAE financial regulations and international accounting standards.

Drive costing, pricing strategies, and inventory valuation to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

Desired Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

8–12 years of relevant finance experience, with a strong background in manufacturing and trading industries.

UAE experience is mandatory, with a deep understanding of local regulations, VAT, and corporate tax.

Proven experience in perfumes, FMCG, cosmetics, or related sectors is highly preferred.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
