Overview

Position: Export Sales Manager
Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share across key export regions.

Identify, establish, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing distributors, retailers, and key accounts globally.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and contract negotiation to order fulfillment and after-sales support.

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, new market opportunities, and competitive threats.

Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the brand and product portfolio.

Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in international sales, specifically within the perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury goods sectors.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in diverse international markets.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage.

Strong cultural awareness and exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively internationally.
