Position: Export Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Drive export sales growth for perfume and fragrance products across GCC, MENA, Africa, and other international markets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets in assigned territories.

Oversee end-to-end export documentation, compliance, pricing structures, and shipping coordination to ensure seamless international transactions.

Work closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.

Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and international partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience in Export Sales, preferably within the personal care, perfume, or FMCG industry.

Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs documentation, and international logistics.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding into new geographic markets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a strong advantage.
