Position Overview:
Lead the growth and digital transformation of multiple brands across diverse markets by developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies. Manage online operations, drive digital marketing efforts, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership:

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies with clear revenue, customer acquisition, and growth KPIs.

Lead regional e-commerce teams for cohesive execution.

Brand Rebuilding:

Relaunch and strengthen brands to enhance online presence and market share.

Oversee website revamps and ensure optimized, mobile-first UX.

Digital Marketing:

Manage campaigns for SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media to boost traffic and conversions.

Execute influencer marketing, content creation, and email campaigns.

Platform & Marketplace Management:

Enhance e-commerce websites, implement customer-centric features, and manage logistics.

Expand brand presence on marketplaces like Amazon and Noon.

Operational Excellence:

Streamline operations with CRM and marketing automation.

Collaborate with supply chain teams for seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor KPIs, analyze customer behavior, and deliver actionable insights.

Prepare periodic performance reports for stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Revenue Growth: Consistent YoY growth with set revenue and sales targets.

Customer Metrics: Improved acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.

Website Performance: Enhanced user engagement and reduced cart abandonment.

Marketplace Expansion: Presence on new marketplaces with high customer ratings.

Operational Efficiency: On-time deliveries exceeding 95% and accurate inventory management.

Team Development: Build and train teams to scale operations effectively.

Experience in Beauty Care Products exp.

UAE exp is a must
