Overview

Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Own the global top-line Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for the niche fragrance division, ensuring profitability and strategic budget allocation.

Develop, implement, and manage the overarching brand strategy to strengthen brand positioning, equity, and consistency across all touchpoints.

Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media (PPC, SEM), organic social media, email marketing, and influencer partnership programs.

Analyze campaign performance metrics, derive data-driven insights, and continuously optimize strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) and customer engagement.

Lead content strategy development to tell a compelling brand story that resonates with a luxury audience.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative to ensure a unified brand message.

Desired Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of progressive experience in brand management and digital marketing, with at least 5 years specifically within the fragrance or beauty industry.

Proven expertise in managing large marketing budgets and driving growth through digital channels.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights).

In-depth knowledge of the regional (MEA) luxury consumer landscape and market dynamics.

Multilingual capability is highly preferred, with fluency in English and/or Arabic.
