Job Title: Digital Brand Manager (Global)

Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite – Head Office)

Reports to: Head of Marketing

The Mission

As the Digital Brand Manager, you will be the architect of our digital-first global evolution. We are a brand rooted in excellence, producing scents and memories through "innovative and one-of-its-kind packaging". You will move from traditional retail-driven awareness to a brand that evokes memories and experiences across the global digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Global E-commerce & Marketplace Scale
  • Direct and scale the brand’s presence across major global marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.) with a specific focus on the UAE, US, UK, Europe, India, and Africa .
  • Own the Digital P&L, managing the budget for high-growth market segments to ensure profitable scaling of the masstige line, working closely with E-Commerce team

Full-Funnel Digital Leadership

  • Architect strategies across the entire consumer journey:
    • Awareness (TOFU): Use our "bespoke fragrance creation" heritage to build high-level brand aspiration.
    • Consideration (MOFU): Focus on our "inspired" and "In-House Master Perfumers" stories to build product trust and character.
    • Purchase (BOFU): Optimize digital touchpoints to turn "people's wants into real products".

Digital-First NPD & Global Launches

  • Lead New Product Development (NPD) from a digital lens, ensuring that our "innovative packaging" is optimized for unboxing and social media visibility.
  • Create 360-degree digital launch playbooks to protect and reinvent our "precious treasure" of fragrances across digital platforms.

Social Media & Identity Elevation

  • Transition our social presence from static product shots to lifestyle-driven storytelling that reflects our core philosophy of "aspiration".
  • Oversee the correct use of brand marks and typography across all digital communications to maintain brand integrity.

Narrative-Led Influencer & UGC Strategy

  • Lead the global influencer strategy across the UAE, US, UK, Europe, India, and Africa .
  • Pivot from transactional reviews to storytelling partnerships, selecting influencers who can authentically convey a "feeling that lifts you up" rather than just a product feature.
  • Build a scalable UGC (User-Generated Content) ecosystem
  • Integrate authentic UGC into the brand’s global digital assets to provide high-affinity social proof
 The Profile: Candidate Requirements
  • Digital-First Experience: 6–10 years in Brand Management with a heavy emphasis on scaling e-commerce marketplaces and digital-first brands.
  • Global Footprint: Proven experience managing brands across the US, UK, Europe, UAE, India, and Africa .
  • Industry Savvy: Direct experience in the Fragrance or Beauty industry is highly preferred.
  • Agency Pedigree: A background in a Digital Agency handling beauty/fragrance brands is a significant advantage.
  • Strategic Depth: Ability to leverage our "4 decades" of history to create "modern memories" in the digital world.
