Key Responsibilities:
Handle client queries via phone, email, and in person
Maintain strong client relationships and timely updates
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations to resolve issues
Manage CRM and client communication records
Schedule follow-ups and support post-sales processes (handover, snagging, etc.)
Address and resolve client complaints professionally
Desired Qualification:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate customer care or client servicing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
