Position: CRM Implementation Specialist (Internship)

Location: Oman

Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure CRMNEXT software based on business needs

Handle data migration and integration with existing systems

Provide training and support to departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, etc.)

Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues

Maintain system performance and documentation

Conduct audits and suggest system enhancements

Desired Qualification:

Bachelor’s in IT, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience with CRMNEXT

Strong problem-solving and Data Analytical skills
