Position: CRM Executive
Location: Dubai
Job Summary:
The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, executing engagement campaigns, and supporting retention strategies. This role aims to maximize customer lifetime value and ensure CRM initiatives are well-aligned with broader digital marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and effective segmentation.
Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels.
Analyze customer behavior to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
Collaborate with digital marketing and sales teams for integrated campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance and deliver detailed reports with improvement recommendations.
Support the development of loyalty programs, engagement initiatives, and retention plans.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Growth in customer engagement through email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
Improvement in repeat purchase and customer retention rates.
Data accuracy and completeness of CRM segmentation.
Conversion rates from CRM-driven campaigns.
Success and effectiveness of loyalty and satisfaction programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in CRM management or customer engagement roles.
Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or MoEngage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Experience in the retail or luxury goods sector.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM integration with digital campaigns.
