Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all financial operations, including corporate accounting, regulatory reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Hold full responsibility for the company's P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial planning, with a sharp focus on manufacturing cost analysis, efficiency, and profitability.

Develop and implement robust financial policies, internal controls, and compliance systems tailored to a manufacturing environment.

Lead fundraising initiatives, manage banking relationships, and oversee capital structure and investment decisions.

Provide critical financial insights and analytics to support business decisions, evaluate new projects, and drive growth initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all Indian statutory regulations, including GST, direct tax, company law, and other financial legislations.

Lead, mentor, and scale the finance, accounting, and IT teams, fostering a culture of high performance and integrity.

Desired Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA/CFA with an MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

12+ years of post-qualification experience, with at least 8 years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role within an FMCG or manufacturing company.

Demonstrated expertise in financial management of large-scale manufacturing operations, including cost accounting, supply chain finance, and working capital optimization.

In-depth knowledge of Indian financial regulations, taxation, and corporate governance.

Proven experience in strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, and investor relations is highly desirable.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
