Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business & Sales Head to lead and drive business growth across KSA for a well-established local perfume brand. The ideal candidate will have full P&L accountability and must have extensive experience in managing brand, product, retail, and distribution channels with a strong focus on commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales and business expansion plans.
Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability.
Strengthen brand positioning and oversee retail & distribution channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and business policies.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia, with a minimum of 5+ years in the Perfume Industry.
Strong knowledge of retail, distribution, and commercial operations in the perfume sector.
Proven track record in business development, sales, and P&L management.
Spoken Arabic is a must; fluency in English is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
