Position: Business Head – Perfumes & Personal Care

Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the global business strategy for the Perfumes & Personal Care division, driving growth, market share, and profitability across all international markets.
Oversee and optimize the entire global distribution model, managing a network of distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts across regions including GCC, Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Lead and mentor the global export sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, setting ambitious targets and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
Drive export sales initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and establish market entry strategies to expand the brand's global footprint.
Hold full P&L responsibility for the division, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and cost management to ensure financial targets are met.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with top-tier international partners, negotiate high-level contracts, and represent the company at global trade forums and exhibitions.
Collaborate with product development and marketing to ensure the portfolio and brand strategy align with global market trends and consumer demands.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is highly preferred.
15+ years of progressive experience in international business, export sales, and global distribution, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role within the perfume, personal care, beauty, or luxury FMCG sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving significant revenue growth across multiple continents.
Expert-level understanding of international distribution channels, trade regulations, and market dynamics.
Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and financial acumen. Strong existing network with global distributors and retailers is essential.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively internationally.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a significant advantage.
