Position: Account Executive

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Perfume Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounting processes including payables, receivables, ledger maintenance, and financial records.

Handle costing, inventory control, production accounting, and purchase reconciliation.

Support monthly closing, financial reports, and audit documentation.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with VAT, taxation and regulatory frameworks.

Collaborate with internal audit, finance, and supply chain departments.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

3–5 years of experience in factory-based accounting roles.

Strong knowledge of inventory costing, ERP accounting systems and financial controls.

Audit background preferred.
