Role Purpose:
Manage distribution partners and key clients in KSA to achieve market share growth, sales, profitability, and high-quality in-market execution through teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit.
Key Accountabilities and Activities
1. Planning, Strategy, and Financials
• Manage distributor partners to drive secondary sales.
• Explore new market opportunities and categories.
• Expand distribution regionally and by channel.
Key metrics: Revenue growth, market share, profitability, and brand P&L.
2. Operational/Functional
• Align annual sales plans with distributors via joint business planning.
• Drive brand market share through trade marketing and activations (BTL and ATL).
• Manage country P&L and trade budgets.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor evaluations.
Key metrics: Brand health, market penetration, product innovation, and digital content scores.
3. People and Self-Development
• Establish and optimize the sales team structure.
• Monitor and develop team performance through training and support.
• Build trade relationships to meet brand objectives.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration, communication skills, and data analysis expertise.
Key metrics: Team performance, workforce engagement, and attrition rates.
4. Policies, Processes, and Procedures
• Implement and improve best practices and uniform processes across GCC.
• Ensure policy adherence and process efficiency through collaboration with stakeholders.
Key metrics: Data accuracy and operational efficiency.
