Overview
Position: Area Export Sales Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Perfume & Personal Care / FMCG
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute export sales strategies to drive business growth across assigned geographical regions.
Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts in target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners to maximize sales and brand presence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, marketing) to ensure timely order fulfillment and brand alignment.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
8–12 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably within the perfume, personal care, or FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
Established network of distributors and partners in key markets (e.g., GCC, Africa, Asia, Europe) is highly preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
GCC Export Sales experience is required
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a strong advantage.
