Position: E-Commerce Executive
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Industry: Perfumes & Personal Care
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the brand's e-commerce website and online sales channels to drive revenue and enhance the digital customer experience.
Oversee product listings, descriptions, imagery, and pricing across all online platforms to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
Analyze sales data, website analytics, and customer behavior to identify trends, optimize performance, and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Manage relationships with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Sephora Online) and third-party partners.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the beauty and fashion sector.
Monitor and manage customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven e-commerce experience, preferably within the perfumes, cosmetics, fashion, or personal care industry.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and marketplace seller central accounts.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and performance analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
