Position: Implementation Consultant – Project Control System

Experience: 3+ Years (Document Control / Project Management Systems)

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-oriented Implementation Consultant with strong experience in Document Control and Project Management Systems.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in document control, project coordination, or related roles within the construction or engineering industry.

The role involves implementing the Project Control System, providing end-user training, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Project Control System.
• Configure modules such as Document Management, Workflow, Correspondence, Submittals, RFI, and Project Controls.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate client needs into system configurations.
• Deliver end-user training and develop user guides and learning materials.
• Serve as the primary client contact during and after implementation.
• Provide ongoing consultation and support to ensure successful system adoption.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or IT.
• 3+ years of experience as a Document Controller, Project Control Engineer, or Implementation Specialist.
• Proven experience with EDMS/PMIS platforms.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project Management Tools, and EDMS platforms.
