Position: Sales Executive – Project Sales (Private Label & White Label)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive project-based sales for private label and white label perfume and personal care products to B2B clients.

Identify and target potential clients including hotels, spas, airlines, corporate houses, and retail brands requiring customized fragrance solutions.

Develop and present tailored product proposals, samples, and pricing structures to meet specific client requirements.

Manage the entire project sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and order execution.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.

Collaborate with production and R&D teams to ensure client specifications are accurately delivered.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities in private labeling.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in project sales, specifically in private label and white label within the perfumes and personal care industry.

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client requirements for customized products.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and ability to work independently.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
