Overview

Position: Engagement & Happiness Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive employee engagement programs, initiatives, and events to foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture.

Provide confidential employee counseling and emotional support to staff, addressing work-related or personal challenges that may affect well-being and performance.

Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to measure employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement in workplace culture.

Develop well-being campaigns, mental health awareness programs, and workshops focused on stress management, resilience, and work-life balance.

Collaborate with HR and management to develop strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational happiness.

Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, offering guidance and connecting them with appropriate resources when needed.

Track and report on engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in employee engagement, counseling, or organizational psychology roles.

A strong background in counseling with the ability to handle sensitive conversations confidentially and empathetically.

Experience in designing and executing engagement surveys, wellness programs, and team-building activities.

Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.

Creative, proactive, and passionate about improving workplace culture and employee well-being.

Fluency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a plus.
