Overview
Position: Creative Manager
Location: Ajman, UAE
Industry: Perfumes
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the overall creative vision and strategy for the brand, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and premium brand positioning.
Work closely on brand and content creation, producing compelling visual and written content for all channels including digital, social media, print, and in-store.
Conceptualize and execute integrated creative campaigns, including managing photoshoots, video production, and digital assets.
Plan and run PR campaigns and manage relationships with influencers and media partners to amplify brand reach and build brand authority.
Oversee the design and production of all marketing collaterals, including packaging concepts, lookbooks, brochures, and point-of-sale materials.
Lead and mentor a team of designers and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative creative environment.
Manage the creative department budget, timelines, and external agency/vendor relationships.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in a creative leadership role, specifically within the perfume, beauty, luxury, or FMCG sector.
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, content creation, and campaign management.
Proven track record of successfully working with influencers and executing PR campaigns.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and a deep understanding of current design and social media trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
