Position: Brand Manager – Perfumes & Personal Care

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the annual brand strategy and marketing plan to drive brand awareness, equity, and market share in key regions.

Lead end-to-end campaign development for new product launches, seasonal collections, and core line initiatives across digital, retail, and influencer channels.

Conduct in-depth market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product and promotional strategies.

Manage the brand’s budget, ensuring optimal allocation across marketing activities and a strong return on investment (ROI).

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Creative, and Supply Chain to ensure brand consistency and successful go-to-market execution.

Oversee the brand’s visual and verbal identity, ensuring all communication and packaging aligns with premium positioning.

Build and maintain relationships with key media partners, influencers, and agencies to amplify brand presence.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

5-7 years of proven brand management experience, preferably within the perfume, personal care, beauty, or luxury FMCG sector.

Strong understanding of the GCC and international fragrance market, consumer behavior, and premium brand dynamics.

Demonstrated success in managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept to analysis.

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic or additional language skills are advantageous.
