Position: QC Manager (Quality Control)
Location: Makkah, KSA & Dubai, UAE
Industry: Perfumes & Personal Care

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage the overall Quality Control system for all incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.

Lead a team of QC inspectors and technicians, ensuring all products meet stringent specifications for fragrance, appearance, stability, and packaging.

Establish and enforce QC testing protocols, SOPs, and documentation in compliance with GMP, ISO, and other relevant quality standards.

Investigate quality deviations, non-conformities, and customer complaints, leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Liaise with suppliers on quality issues and with production teams to ensure quality is built into the manufacturing process.

Manage the QC laboratory, including equipment, calibration, and chemical inventory.

Prepare quality reports and data for management review, driving a culture of continuous quality improvement.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science, or a related field.

8+ years of QC/QA experience within a manufacturing environment (FMCG, pharmaceuticals, perfumes, or cosmetics), with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, laboratory techniques, and regulatory requirements for consumer goods.

Strong analytical, audit, and problem-solving skills (e.g., 8D, 5Whys).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to enforce quality standards across departments.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly advantageous.
